[Goanet] LIMERICK FOR THE DAY 21

I saw the other day the figures of the Goa Government’s wasteful 
spending -
On its tourism website, advertising, purchase of cars etc. – a list unending.
I somehow feel that residents, and visitors to Goa on arrival,
Will  find that the amount of money spent does barely rival
That on the huge bureaucracy - and the numbers of files that are pending.
