Ribandar’s former Municipal Councilor Narcinva Panvelcar passed away
yesterday. He was always jovial and had a very unique sense of humor. The
very gregarious Narcinva never ever hesitated to dig into his pockets to
help the poor and needy. My condolences to his bereaved wife Nisha, son
Vikram and his family. May my friend Narcinva’s soul rest in eternal
peace.
