While in the Opposition Arun Jaitley had always vehemently demanded a two
year cooling period before retiring judges take up any post-retirement
posting. Is it now a U turn by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on former
Chief Justice of India P. Sathasivam who retired on 26th April this year
and is being swiftly groomed by the Narendra Modi led NDA to be the next
Governor of Kerala.
