Tony, a good idea. If you have a good experience with some local
small-time entrepreneur, please share it with us. We always have a
shortage of good service providers in Goa! And if someone has had a
negative experience, why not share that too? As long as your criticism
is based on facts... FN
Very nice idea. In Saligao, we managed to create a 'barefoot
businessmen's directory'. But all this take volunteer support. Unless
we have more people willing to extend Goa's footprint in cyberspace,
these things won't materialise. Some tools (like Wikis) make it easier
to collaboratively build
