The CHXTC parameter is used to style axis tick marks for any axis. The
documentation only provides examples for the Y and R axes, but you can
definitely style the X. Here are some long, red x-axis tick marks:

I would like to programmatically create pins and markers for a chart
created using the Google Charts API. This relies on knowing the
location of the chart's data points within the chart image.
