Ok, so it is on Windows. How did you install GRASS and how/where are you calling R from? Is it from the GRASS terminal? Does it actually opens an R session? the library command is a basic R function, so it is weird that it is not recognized. This is what I see in my Linux box: vandreo@arches:~$
