Thanks for the tip. I found 2 gregoriotex.tex with kpsewhich command, so I
deleted the old one (all the directory gregoriotex).
Do I have to install again gregorio then ? I am under MacOsX and therefore
I don't use dpkg-buildpackage command.
And I still have the output :
! Undefined

It definitely looks like you have more than one version of gregoriotex
Pema,
If you are getting that message, it means that the gregoriotex.tex found
by lualatex is the older version.
I am completely unfamiliar with MacOS, so I can only give general
suggestions. Maybe someone else familiar with MAC OS can give better
instructions.
