Sorry. My fault. This comes from the ongoing revamp of the spacing interface. One of the steps, that has been committed, made things so that \grefactor is initialized at 17 (rather than being initialized to 0, assumed to be 1, and changed to 17 automatically at score start if the user

[Gregorio-users] ANNOUCEMENT: v2.4.3 released

2015-03-11 Thread Br. Samuel Springuel
This is a bug-fix/enhancement release which marks a significant shift in the way that GregorioTeX deals with spaces internally and with how the user interacts with them. For those who have been keeping up with the changes on github, you may have noticed some of them already (a handful made it

Well, I upgraded to 2.4.2 and I still have the hieroglyph issue. But it is particular: If I create a pdf using Gregorio and Lualatex, I have no problem printing that pdf. But if I PLACE that pdf in an InDesign File and print to an Adobe pdf printer OR I export to pdf --- THEN I get the

Hello, I experienced the same problem. It seems that, in the /tex/gregoriotex-spaces.tex file, the command has been changed to \setaboveinitialseparation{4pt} (or whatever other measure). Just try to replace your command with this latter one and see what happens. Hope it works ! Best, Fabien

I would argue that all the figures on the right are better interpretations for those note sequences. The podatus initio debilis (the first one) is more like the Solesmes figure and is not easily confused with the liquescent clivis (what you have as ge~). Compare -eg and ge~ in the old version

Ok, so I installed the new version, and I changed in the 900_gregorio.xml file the file path to the gregorio-scribus.lua just like I did with version 2.3. This is the result I got in the Program Messages under the Options tab: calling 'gregorio
