I have also tried the latest version and the problem still exists. I think
it is a bug in the version of awesome that has been integrated with grml.

I have tried that but it did not work as well. I am thinking it is about
EFI (GPT). I think I will need a way to place some EFI files inside (maybe)
/efi/ directory. I am still digging.
