Thanks for the answers.
I executed the which command and set the correct path of java. Now i have
my rsl file like this:
job
executable/usr/lib/jdk1.5.0_17/bin/java/executable
argument-jar /argument
argumentProjeccao.jar/argument
stdout${GLOBUS_USER_HOME}/stdout/stdout
Try adding the java environment variable(s) in the job description. A
basic example is here:
http://www.globus.org/toolkit/docs/4.2/4.2.1/execution/gram4/user/#gram4-user-specifyingsimplejob-jdd
Something like:
environment
nameJAVA_HOME/name
valuePUT PATH HERE/value
I recommend using globus_gsi_cert_utils_get_x509_name() to parse DN
strings in C code.
http://viewcvs.globus.org/viewcvs.cgi/gsi/cert_utils/source/library/globus_gsi_cert_utils.c?view=markup
In Java I suggest org.globus.gsi.gssapi.GlobusGSSName().
