but it should be possible to render the data into a combobox.
I played around a little bit, but all I got, is a combobox, that builds kind

I've been trying to find out
how to recreate the 'transparency' in a GdkPixmap like when it was first
created.
For example, this code is purely pseudo code but should hopefully make it
clear what I am trying to do:
The attached and inline program below illustrates the problem I'm having
with rendering a combo box in a treeview. The two big things are 1) I

Ok, two things :
When your callback is triggered, it must change the TreeStore (which is
rendered in the treeview), not

Thanks for your comments. I have entered the enclosed code in the begining

Headers version: 2.12
Lib version: 2.12
I have compiled the code in GNU/Linux and in Windows XP with Mingw and I get
the same version 2.12, and the same results.
Which version do you have used?
Best

Hi,
What about nautilus? At what point would it be ported, and are things
going to be weird if an app is using gvfs and nautilus gnome-vfs, or
vice versa?

With the GNOME release team hat on my head: I think there's a big
interest in using gvfs in 2.21, but it'd be nice to know at the
beginning of
Hi,
There's a lot of code to absorb here, a minor comment, I might expect
GUnixFileInputStream/GWindowsFileInputStream rather than
GLocalFileInputStream.
I haven't found the relevant code yet to see what it does, but a nice
property would be to set close-on-exec by default for all streams.
