One remark:
In order to get 2D Roughness data in Gwyddion you have to filter waviness (i.e. 
wavelengths >Length_of_image/5) before usage of the Statistical Quantities 
tool. I don't know if it is easily possible in Gwyddion. 2D FFT filter cannot 
be adjusted (as far as I know) by exact value - only by mask...

Hello, the ISO two-dimensional (surface) roughness parameters are not
available as a group.  Nevertheless, a number of them are identical to
basic statistical characteristics shown by Statistical Quantities tool

or are directly related to them (e.g. Peak-Peak is simply maximum minus
minimum).  Other quantities are available elsewhere, such as fractal
dimension, with several calculation methods (one of them corresponds to
the norm IIRC).
