I didn't find the book this weekend - busy, only spent a few minutes
looking, books a mess, la-la-la. Thankfully someone else knew the name of
the book and that it's available.

I own that book and it's wonderful! i think it's out of print but am not
certain. I'm still at work, so I can't give you the correct name but will
try to remember to do so when I go home. I found it in a second-hand
bookstore a few years ago for $4US. It's not the kind of costuming I do
