1513UTC and it's still arabic. English should be 1 hour a day and could be
either 1400-1500utc or 1500-1600utc but it has not apepared yet.

message, but I did note that the carrier signal of this station (or another
right on top of it) became very strong, a fact seemingly at odds with the
