SPAIN at 19.15 UT no transmission on 17855 kHz towards Iceland, Canada, USA, North AM continent. When tuned in at 19.05 UT heard here in all-EUR REE Madrid via Noblejas site 11670 kHz S=9+20dB, nice audio 10 kHz broadband block, excellente. 11940 kHz also S=9+20dB at 19.07 UT, and 15520 kHz
