om & yl. Signal off at 0114 and in the background I could hear what sounded
like another Station also in Chinese. Carrier returned at 0130

Namibia has VP signal offset -271 v to -274 Hz, about the same

it off to 4950. Like 4949.7, but can`t find a more accurate reading. Never mind
