Maybe it`s the Denge Welat / Turkish jammer strayed down further. Usually 17460
or above. What time was this?
Around here, 17450 area is occupied long hours by some multi-carrier/tonal ute,
I`ve wondered what is.

Hello, I am just scanning the 16 meters band and I found this
trasmission at 17450 khz. It seems a Middle Eastern language, probably
Kurdish or Iranian and it's very disturbed. I am in Central Italy.
I cannot find any information, can you help me on identify it?
