My guess it that you didn't have any problems only because you put UCI in all
the places that needed UCI and VOL in all of the places that needed VOL. Had
you called whatever was in UCI in the VistA you started with, and VOL what
was in the VOL, you would have had to have changed it in fewer
My concern was that if you looked at a file you might be accused of changing
it, but then, if changing it makes the signature get scrambled, maybe that is
how one protects against that problem.
HIPAA requires auditing of looking and much more, so I guess that is why the

in with CPRS? If so, you can't really do that via
HTML/JavaScript etc. It will need to be in Delphi (or
in a COM object that the Delphi code calls)
