This information was obtained from p. 112 of
Two Jews, three opinions: a collection of twentieth-century American
Jewish quotations.-[via Google Books].
My institution does not carry that date.

I have a volume in hand which I belive contains parts 1 and 2 of Johann
Habermann's Dikduk leshon ha-kodesh = Grammatices ebraicae sanctae
(Wittenberg, 1562). I have a title page for pt. 2 but I am lacking a title
page and perhaps some preliminary pages for part 1. I have checked
