Dear Colleagues, It appears that an unclear citation in our recent announcement, below, is leading some to believe that a recent book by Shimon Iakerson, "Jewish Treasures of Petersburg: Scrolls, Codices, Documents," was published by the Library of Congress in 2011.
In fact it was not--this citation was only meant to show the source of our biographical information about Iakerson in our book description and not the publication information for the last item we mention about him. We apologize (especially to Peggy!) for the confusion.
