In commemoration of the one hundredth anniversary of the death of Moritz (Moshe) Steinschneider "the father of Hebrew bibliography" the JNUL will sponsor a one day scholars' conference on Steinscheider's work and scholarly legacy on January 16,2008. The public is invited.
