We don’t subscribe to the Index to Hebrew Periodicals but you can see the description of the Index on their website: https://lib.haifa.ac.il/systems/ihp/index.php/en/about-eng It’s a “bibliographic indexing project covering articles from Hebrew periodicals and monographs” from 1977 on.
