Dear friends and colleagues:
I just read a graphic novel called *We Are Not Strangers*, based on a true

The narrator is a Sephardic Jewish immigrant who is faced with the dilemma
of how to help his friend, an American of

I have used worldcat to see if other libraries nearby have them. If not, i

I have worked at two Reform synagogue libraries in Seattle. The first cut
back librarian hours to the point of ridiculousness back in 2017 and still
has no librarian. The other had me remove 1/3 of their collection to change
the library to a multi-use room. All both needed, in my opinion, was more

Here Today with Billy Crystal and Tiffany Haddish. Tear jerker, funny,
predictable but enjoyable. We did it for the same type of crowd. Lots of
people came.

Greetings, Chaverim:
I am wondering what other versions there are of the tale featured in:

The family is saving up for blintz ingredients but each person thinks the
others will give and they end up with nothing.

I, too, am interested in this. We might be using a lettering machine but
I'm not sure how large the letters can go or all the different things it

signs made on a computer.
I have been looking at pinterest also. I would love
Dear Colleagues:
Our synagogue has just made the decision to no longer track circulation at

Hello, Heidi:
I have a few thoughts... we definitely all have different comfort levels

masks are not a perfect fit on younger children. For me, I feel protected

I am a Reform Jew. I would say there are not many Reform Jews who wear
kippot in public but some do for teaching, shul and maybe at other times.
There certainly are lots of Reform Jews of both genders who wear kippot and
tallit at services. There may be some Reform rabbis who wear them in
public,
Excellent, content-rich article recapping that theme of the conference.
