[ha-Safran] Hebrew searching on WorldCat

Greetings fellow catalogers: I have been creating Hebrew catalog records with the WorldCat Connexion client (not via the browser). I usually search by title in Hebrew letters first. Sometimes the record is not found. I then search by author. The record is found and the title is exactly the same
