Hello, My name is Yossi Sucary, and I am an Israeli writer. Recently I published a novel that takes place in Libya during the Second World War and describes the lost story of the Holocaust of North African Jews. This book received many literary prizes in Israel, including the Prime Minister Prize for Hebrew Literature, Brenner Prize and the Washington-Israel Institute prize. The book brought the Holocaust of North African Jews into center of attention in Israel, since no one realized that the Germans were sending Jews to camps form Africa.
