library policies. Certainly not something I've encountered in our city

I was at the nearby public library and politely asked a librarian to help me
print out a color attachment from an Email, which contained a forthcoming
article I wrote for a journal. I've been retired from our profession for quite
a few years now, and admit my computer skills are not the best.
