We’re doing an exhibit for our senior rabbi, who’s retiring, and he did a
sermon years ago, called “Be Torah”—in the imperative, that had a big
impact on our congregation. The exhibit folks want to have that be a
centerpiece of one of their panels, and are interested in seeing

My rabbi has a similar saying:
Be a blessing.
T'hiyeh brachah.
A softer way to use the command is to use the future tense,
I'd guess that's what your rabbi would say.
