Re: [ha-Safran] Fwd: after 25 years....
Dear Rita,How fortunate for all of us that you have shared so much of your life's work at the Semenario. You have always been a model for me of grace and charm and quiet wisdom. May you go on to find joy and fulfillment as you move ahead to new challenges. With much love and best wishes,Suzi DubinT-Mobile. Dear Rita, I can't believe you are leaving the Seminario after all these years. I am certain that your professional, cheerful, and helpful presence will be sorely missed by the faculty and students of the Seminario as well as your friends and colleagues abroad such as myself. I hope we will continue to have your participation in the AJL Council and hear your fascinating presentations about Latin American Jewry. Best wishes for health and happiness in your future adventures. Wow! Is all I can say Rita. You should be so proud of the job you have done. I hope you will enjoy retirement as much as I am. And that you also will continue to grace us with your presence at the annual conference and continue to teach us about Argentinian Jewry. Dear Rita, I second Debbie Stern,s comments that I wish you a wonderful retirement, but hope to see you still involved in AJL. I also want to thank you for all of your interesting lectures at conferences, I've learned a great deal from you, not only about Argentinian Jewry, but about how to make an interesting presentation.
