Hi, I'm trying to work out why my HSC installation has fallen silent ahead of my thesis deadline...
1/ Sound on my laptop otherwise is working fine. 2/ I can get sclang to make sound 3/ I can sniff udp packets going from HSC to scserver, they look fine 4/ scserver complains if I send a synth to it without first doing a reset, so it's getting my messages But when I try the simplest thing from the tutorial: > audition (out 0 (sinOsc AR 440 0 * 0.1)) ... all I get is silence. Any tips towards tracking this down much appreciated!
