Why do you need these files?  They are processing intermediates that aren't 
intended to be released because the released data already has this 
transformation applied to it.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Diffusion transforms

Dear all,

I was trying to find the transforms for the diffusion data, such as 
str2diff.mat, diff2str.mat, etc, which are in the diffusion preprocess package 
as mentioned in the manual. But I had difficulties in finding them after I 
unzip, e.g., '100307_3T_Diffusion_preproc.zip'.  I can only find 'diffusion' 
under the 'T1w' folder. Is there supposed to be a 'xfms' folder? Could anyone 
help me find the transforms? Thanks a lot in advance!!!
