I have been looking at the Examples/Scripts/DiffusionPreprocessingBatch.sh
script and the EchoSpacing example is 0.78, however when I actually do the
math it comes out to 0.0078. I'm assuming this has something to do with the
disclaimer that 'iPAT/GRAPPA factors have already been accounted
It looks like that pipeline takes the echo spacing in ms instead of the rest of HCP pipelines which take the value in seconds. What were the raw values you entered into the equation there?
