Hello HCP/MEG experts - I am new to working with the HCP datasets and
working with MEG data, more generally. So thank you in advance for your
patience.
I am interested in using source-level task MEG data. As far as I can tell,
however, all of the source-level task data available for download are
Indeed. I had downloaded that when it got releases pressing the "Download"
button so I know it used to work but I can confirm that now it also does
not work for me. Perhaps a server error? If someone could please look at
this it would be great since it would be much easier for many people who

Thanks, the individual files seem to work but the button "Download (4 gb)",
which I assumed would download all the files, does not appear to work.

Hi Ben,
I think you should first access it with this link:
https://balsa.wustl.edu/study/show/RVVG
Could you try to see if it works? After entering the link make sure you
select the files you want to download and login with your credentials to
download! I hope that helps!
Please let us know!
Incidentally I tried to download the files at
https://balsa.wustl.edu/study/download/RVVG today but keep on getting an
error message "This site cannot be reached." I tried in chrome and firefox
(linux). Is anyone else having this problem?
Thanks,
Ben

IIRC, the Shen atlas is a volumetric parcellation, and probably in MNI152 space. The volume data in the MNINonLinear folders from the HCP Pipelines are also in MNI152 space, so in principle, should already be aligned with the Shen parcellation.
We would encourage you to consider
Hello,
I am new to data processing and working on a grad project with HCP data. I
have an atlas from Shen et at., 2013 (https://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=51)
that I would like to apply to HCP data. What is the process for applying
a different atlas to HCP data?
Thank you in advance,
Emily
To investigators interested in mapping data between FreeSurfer (individual
subject and/or fsaverage) and HCP (including the recent HCP_MMP1.0), detailed
instructions and relevant scripts and data files are now available. You can

Hi Gonzalo- Are you trying to compare the freesurfer processed data using the
180 parcellation using files as suggested? Just wondering if you had any
success and could share how you did it. I am not even able to read/load the
file using FSL.
