We've looked more into the issue you raised about 16 subjects with missing
TAB.txt files for the WM tasks. It turns out the issue is bigger than that,
with ALL the *TAB.txt and *Physio_log.txt files missing in the
{Subject_ID}/MNINonLinear/Results directories for ALL the task runs-- so thank
you so much for alerting us! We have added the issue to the HCP Issues
wiki<https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/display/PublicData/HCP+Data+Release+Updates%3A+Known+Issues+and+Planned+fixes>
and the issue is in queue for a fix.
However, in the meantime, the missing data CAN be found here:
{Subject_ID}/unprocessed/3T/tfMRI_{TASK}_{RUN}/LINKED_DATA/EPRIME directory, if
you have the unprocessed data and would like to get the files from there.
FYI, subject 668361, that was included in your original list, has a separate
preprocessing error that affects only the tfMRI_WM_RL run, but results in many
directories/files missing from the 668361/MNINonLinear/Results/tfMRI_WM_RL
directory. The tfMRI_WM_LR run and all other tasks for that subject are not
affected and have the correct preprocessing outputs.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Missing Behavioral Files
I have been collecting task fMRI behavior results files for members of the 1200
subject release. The particular file in question can successfully be found, for
example, at
/data/hcp-zfs/OpenAccess/1200subject/623844/MNINonLinear/Results/tfMRI_WM_RL/WM_run1_TAB.txt.
The number after run in the file name differs case by case, but the file always
generally follows the pattern WM_run#_TAB/.txt
These should exist in both .../tfMRI_WM_RL/ and .../tfMRI_WM_LR/ for each
subject. However, I have found them missing in both cases for the following
subjects: 130114, 462139, 202820, 116423, 143830, 385046, 469961, 127226,
943862, 969476, 401422, 971160, 644246, 723141, 121719, 668361, 120010.
Does anyone know where these files can be found?
