Hello HCP users,
Are there plans for HCP to release EEG data? The general information at
http://humanconnectome.org/about/project/ suggests so much but I have been
unable to find much information on it. Sorry if I am overlooking something.
Thanks!

Dear HCP experts,
I have two questions:
1) I understand that the reconstruction algorithm for fMRI changed with the
Q3 data release. I believe there are three main GRAPPA reconstruction
approaches for multiband imaging: SENSE/GRAPPA from Blaimer et al (2006);
Slice-GRAPPA from Setsompop et al
se GRAPPA, rather it was an update to the multi-band

I have a follow-up question on what you mean by "regressed out." If
thickness_v = b0 + b1*curvature_v + error_v for the vth location, is
corrThickness_v = thickness_v - b1*curvature_v?
Also, I am conducting a multisubject analysis of cortical thickness. Is it
your opinion that MSM-All offers the
Incidentally I tried to download the files at
https://balsa.wustl.edu/study/download/RVVG today but keep on getting an
error message "This site cannot be reached." I tried in chrome and firefox
(linux). Is anyone else having this problem?
Thanks,
Ben

Hello HCP experts,
If I understand correctly, the 1200-subject release is not yet on Amazon
S3. Do you have any information about when it will be available?
Thank you!
Ben

I have a follow-up question on ZygosityGT. In the new data release, there
appear to be 64 twin pairs without zygosity verified by genotyping data
(and 244 with ZygosityGT). Are there plans to make genotyping-based
zygosity available for these individuals?
Thank you,
Ben

Dear HCP experts,
I am trying to better understand the unprocessed fMRI data. Does the online
reconstruction include corrections for spatial shifts due to B0
fluctuations? There is a note about this in Ugurbil et al 2013 but I am
wondering if this applies to the final HCP acquisition protocol.

Hi all,
Are there any community definitions based on the MMP atlas, preferably
based on functional connectivity? I saw there are 22 regions in Fig 1 in
