You can use wb_command -cifti-parcellate on the dense timeseries to get the 
timeseries and then wb_command -cifti-correlation to get the network matrix.  
Spatial ICA and areal parcellations are in some ways different approaches to 
dimensionality reduction of the data.

Hi,
I load the atlas with connectome workbench, it looks beautiful. Now I have HCP 
lifespan rfMRI time series data. I want to do network analysis. I want to 
extract time series associated with every functional ROI, which are nodes of 
the network. Which connectome workbench command should I use? And, there are 
many voxels corresponding to a ROI, how do I deal with them to get a time 
series corresponding to a ROI? Or, I can use ICA components ,each of which has 
a time series, as nodes of the network? In this case, how should I define ICA 
dimensionality, so I can think of each component as a node, not a network?

The HCP has released a cortical areas atlas, but it is unfortunately 
unaccessible due to some IT problems.  Hopefully it will be back up soon.

of every brain region? Take a step back, is there any way to visualize the

That is a CIFTI file.  Have a look in Connectome Workbench (after loading 
appropriate 32k surfaces).
