Medics who have access to a unlockable can inform the game they want to use that unlockable in an invalid slot, causing it to drop on the ground when they spawn. Other classes can then +use that weapon, picking up a medic gun as, say, a spy. Uncool. Here's a plugin to block it:

It was barely working before the update because of the new TF2 extension. I took all those off and and my last TF2 guess is classchooser, class limiter, medipacks(+1 for this), or/and anything else im running TF2 related. Posted a bug report so im hoping it gets fixed, I had to extend donator
