It seems the health lockers are enabled in Sudden Death. I never saw
anything in the patch notes about this. So unless I'm blind, is this a bug?

on and dont want to switch off.

December 22nd and August 24th are considered the two Team Fortress
birthday days. Birthday mode is enabled on these days automagically.
Birthday mode has been around since the TFC and QWTF days as well.
