Bud, are you running the server off of steam or hldsupdatetool? My
server doesnt crash with bots. Widows XP, not dedicated, but running
off of hldsupdatetool. I play css on the same computer as the server.
Still no bot crashes :\

I think we ALL deserve a planned release date for server DoD:S files.
It is insane to think that people who run more than one server will be
able to do all of this in like a snap.
We needed mroe time thanyou're giving us, and if we dont get them
soon, no clients will be able to play.

Oh so it had nothing to do with tickrates? It was just my updaterate?

sv_maxupdaterate 19 is what i have in my server.cfg. Do you suggest
having at it 100?

O.K so I have -tickrate 99 at the end of my target line right? That
means i should get a tickrate of 99.
So in comes a guy into my server and says that my server isnt 100
tickrate. I'm like yes it is and hes like no its not
He then proved it by using net_graph 3 and saying that the In part
wasnt
O.K I was hvaing this issue (i think I've shared it with you gusy
already) where my port started with a 6 and kept changing every time i
restarted my server. Yes, i had the -port flag and everything. Nothing
helped.
So I decided to re-do all of my port forwarding in my router and it

I agree 100 percent. I swear, I am getting so tired of recieving like

from version 31 to 32 and nothing happend...

Why can you only show the hitboxes on listen servers? That's mighty
lame. It says its because it uses a lot of bandwidth. Last time i
though about it, WE decide how much bandwidth we want to use, not
valve.

Hi how do you change the map through the console without disconnecting
everyone with the Server shutting down message?
for example map de_dust will change it but also kick everyone out.

Hi, I belive i encountered the error ALfred was talking about. It isnt
letting me connect to vac2 servers, it says the the connection failed
or something. The console then says:

Yeah well i cant find any round_end.cfg or anything so i just added it
to de_dust2.cfg but when i exec it it still is not secure. Yes, i also
added -vacbeta to the end of the shortcut command line. What gives?

Nope. It says that it can not be set through remote console and must
be entered at the actual console. Kind of like sv_cheats. (I think sv
cheats works like that...)
