This is an old bug in steamclient library: when TCP protocol is used the
socket is not bound to game server's IP address, so the packets sent to CM
server can have a wrong IP as source if the hardware has multiple IPs
assigned.

See the AmxModX logs, all CSDM plugins fail because they cannot find a
native. This means that the CSDM module is not loaded, probably because in
configs/modules.ini file you have csdm_amxx instead of csdm (without _amxx
suffix).

Only 1-3 per week? I would say an average of 2-3 cheaters per day per
server. This being the ones detected by SMAC or admins, because the real
number is probably higher. It is incredible how many players have sv_cheats
set to 1.
