There is noone that gets that error when running hldsupdatetool on a wxpsp2
machine that has worked flawlessly (more or less) for quite a while??? :(

I get this error on one of my servers, on both installations on that
machine.

I can't agree there, on all my 5 servers running steambans plugin there has
been no problems for the last month or so.
I got the error a couple of hours ago, logged out and in on steam and it was
gone.

As far as my servers are concerned the got steam2 authentication response
for unknown user only shows up in the console, the message is not logged.
And as far as the time when the problem occurs it differs from time to time,
sometimes a restart

Haven't done condebug yet, but cpu/os specs are P4 2,6 ghz 512mb ram,
winxpsp2. All bogus services are disabled and shut down. So only services
needed by system are running, except for hlds and windows media player.

All my hl1/cs1.6 servers are experiencing the STEAM validation rejected
problem.
And I have tried to use an up-to-date steamclient.dll file on all servers.
If I restart a server it sometimes works, but not for very long :/
