[hlds] Dedicated Server GUI, Follow-up

OK, I finally got my -console mode to work from the Steam server GUI. Now, how do I create and execute my own servr.cfg from the -console version of the Steam GUI server?? I can get the server to run in a console window, but it is only server defaults and ignores my server.cfg settings. I tried
