- Fixed VAC icon not showing up in server browser

I'm getting an unknown command error when I type sv_min_cl_interp_ratio or
sv_max_cl_interp_ratio in the server console (CSS). I tried updating again
with the verify_all option, but that didn't work. Version info:
1.0.0.33/72992 secure.

marked as cheat and thus cannot be used in multiplayer game. I
