I can tell you now, that it will be a nightmare like any mass forced
changes on internet superstructure.
Most companies don't have the infrastructure to run IPv6 unless they
spend several thousands of dollars upgrading their routing
infrastructure.
Not to mention all of the open source packages
I for one do not welcome the change.
IPv6 is better than ISP-Side NAT.

For applications like ftp web mysql etc i am still using it. But not for
gameserverhosting with hlds and srcds cause of the reasons i wrote in my
last mail.
I guess everyone should try and figure if he wants to live with the side

I've tried both cssbeta and cstrike_beta and neither one are starting the
server. I did the manual update with the cstrike_beta and that worked

It seems that Valve has limited resources to spend on game development,
they're a large publisher now as well.
The people working on the CS:S beta are already overwhelmed when it comes to
bug reports/keeping track of responses on the forum.
Having 10's of thousands extra players won't make it
