[hlds_linux] Killing Floor 2 required update

A required update is now live for Killing Floor 2 servers.  The client update will follow shortly later today. This update addresses an issue where players will not always properly be granted dosh vault crates. -- Jared Creasy Community Relations Tripwire Interactive
