[hlds_linux] Respawn Countdown Loop [TF2]

We recently changed our respawn times to Valve's default. Upon doing so, we started having random respawn countdown loops. The timer counts down to 1 then starts over. A player can stop the loop by reselecting a class. It doesn't happen upon every death but approximately 25% of the time. We do
