Try VirtualBox its a great VM and running XP/7 will give you all the
support needed as Wine can be so cranky.
We use VM in debian with virtio network driver to run a Dota2 server, works
great.

been a simple solution to this and requested several times yet no response

fileserver resolve eg.
Cached resolved fileserver hostname to IP address: 77.232.##.## -

Then nothing, I remember this being a problem when replay was first brought
out but it appears to of started again.

Seriously is there a reason as to when replay cannot publish to ftp that it
must freeze the servers and drop all players still?, servers all now
disabled replay due to sad fact of replay killing them!

We have recently been plagued with the following replay error:
* ERROR: Publish timed out after 60 seconds.
This then in turn gives a mass disconnect of all clients as the server
freezes due to default settings replay_fileserver_offload_aborttime is 60
seconds.
Obviously that the replay

You are not the only one who is experiencing this, we have seen it too
on our servers. This bug appeared right after Valve locked Versus mode
to normal. For some reason, this affects to normal games too. People
dont even have to use the sv_search_key, ive countered servers to be

Yeah the melee is scriptable. The animation can be cancelled and
another melee can be triggered right after first hit. This ruins the
game especially in versus. Let me fill some up some more bugs for you
since we got started here. Maybe Valve will fix these sooner.

Hi,
Yes there is a CPU-usage jump, especially on 64Bit CPU's. Ours took
20-60% on 66 tick 25 player server _before_ the 2 latest updates. On
each 2 update, the cpu-usage has lifted. First up to 70%, now 80%.
This is unaceptabble because the system is dual-cpu machine and source
does NOT support
to specify processor affinity. Is
there a multi-cpu linux bug that I somehow missed? (Some of my linux
servers have higher usage while they were using mani-mod + mattie's
script mod, but that was solved by putting on the current version of
mattie's)

However, you could make the addons read only and install the plugins

Interesting. Ill put some fact about this issue. sv_consistency 1 is

Hi,
After the recent update, all linux servers we have will eat pretty much
all cpu the system has after we set the priority to -20 which is the
highest level.
This happened after the recent dedicated server update, before, it was
all fine. I'm afraid that this will happen also when the default
