hi,
i know..here are many threads about cpu usage..low fps etc.
My question is, if the AMD Sempron 2800+ /1GB-RAM/256kb Cache can be comparable
with an Athlon XP 2800+ Barton/1GB-RAM/512 kb Cache ?
The sempron is a throttled version of an xp(or an athlon64). A
sempron 2800 theoretically is not going to have the same amount
of computational power due to the reduced cache. That being said
i do not know how cpu cache dependent the hlds process is so it
might be able to and might not. My bets
