[hlds_linux] Hlds reinstall issue

I had to reinstall my hlds recently due to changing linux versions. What is did was simply copy the entire /usr/steam directory and all sub directories to another partition. I then changed from mandrake 9.2 to centos(RHEL 3 clone). When the server starts up i get a username not setup or
