I dug a little deeper once i had time to do it and found out there were several bots from 2 different addresses connecting throughout the morning. One of them, 37.59.74.170, points to a cheat selling site sethhack.net from which some of the first bots came from. There are also reports in the

[hlds_linux] Limit for connections from same IP-address

It seems that someone is pulling some sort of prank. Today morning i had server full of players. Nothing wrong with that but there were 34 players with different Steamid - but same IP. So those were just blocking regular players from entering in. Naturally i banned the IP but connection limit
