I am using Ubuntu 7.04, and have installed HPLIP and the HP Desktop
D2300 printer. The printer is working, but some tabs in the Device
Manager are not, as follows
First column to left: HP Desktop D2300 is in faint colours.
Functions Tab: Error: Device not found.
Status tab: device
Please post the output of hp-info for this printer.

Try this...
1. Right click on Applications and choose Edit Menus.
2. In the Left Pane, click on Accessories.
3. In the right pane, right click on HP Device Manager then choose
properites.
4. In the 'Command' textbox, it should say something like
/usr/share/hplip/toolbox, change that to
Did you use hp-setup to configure the printer? If not delete the
current printer queues and run hp-setup.
If you are using hplip 1.6.10 please upgrade from our website.

I have recently bought an HP Photosmart C4180 All-in-one device.
I am using SuSE 10.0, KDE 3.5.5.
I have installed HPLIP 1.6.10, and everything works perfectly, except
for the Make Copies button in
